MobileXpression is an app that allows you to participate in market research, and receive market data. This is all done through a mobile device. We use the data to create reports and other insights that help companies better understand their customers.
How does MobileXpression work?
First, we collect information about your mobile device and the apps you use. This is used to create a unique identifier. This identifier is then attached to your account.
Second, you can participate in the market research by installing the MobileXpression app. After you install the app, you will receive an email with a confirmation code. This is to confirm that you have joined the MobileXpression program.
Third, you will start receiving new credits every week. These credits are redeemable for an array of popular gift cards.

I used MobileXpression for several years with no problems. Recently I tried to cash in my points (I had saved up 170 points which is $30) and all of a sudden my account is locked for "inactivity", even though I was receiving points every week. I sent emails to be told each time that security decided I was not active and they locked it. No explanation of why I received points while supposedly inactive and I can't cash in mt credits. No one will discuss my situation or help me. More
