I used MobileXpression for several years with no problems. Recently I tried to cash in my points (I had saved up 170 points which is $30) and all of a sudden my account is locked for "inactivity", even though I was receiving points every week. I sent emails to be told each time that security decided I was not active and they locked it. No explanation of why I received points while supposedly inactive and I can't cash in mt credits. No one will discuss my situation or help me.
